- New tab in Page Setup to manage selection of paper trays. There is now total flexibility in selecting paper trays, with the "More Control" Option. You need to print the list of trays for your printer then enter the Tray ID into the relevant
section. This allows total accuracy in Paper tray selection
- You can now select Duplex printing, In Setup > Page Setup (print on both side of a a sheet of paper). This does not affect labels which cannot print on both sides, obviously. This will only work if your printer has this facility built-in
- OHS forms can now be saved as PDF documents
- Fix bugs with Windows 7, 64 bits where the labels on tabs in Data Entry, would not display properly

What is new in Claim Wizard 4.1A01 (15 June 2008)
- New prices for OHS items and categories
- After June 15th, you will have the choice of using either the 2007-2008 or the 2008-2009 price
lists, when selecting an item.
- It is time to pay attention as the program is not able to help you make a decision on which
price list (old / new) to use. You will have to use your discretion.
· From June 15th to June 30th, the default will be the 2007-2008 prices (old prices),
but you can select the 2008-2009 prices (new prices) if you wish, by ticking the appropriate
selection at the top right of the OHS item selection screen.
· From July 1st to August 31st, the default will be the 2008-2009 prices, but you can still
select the 2007-2008 prices (as above) if needed.
· If you do not want to see the old prices any more, you will be able to disable the display
of the selection in Setup > OHS Items and turn the display of the old price list off.
· After August 31st, only the new price list will be visible.
- Batteries & Maintenance: the B&M price will be automatically set to the new price of $36.75
(35.00+1.75) ready to do your B&M for July. If you have not yet done you B&M for June,
change the price back to the old price $35.70 (34.00+1.70) before doing so.
- This price can be changed in Setup > Preference > HS Card
- Site name can now be changed in Renew HSC window
- Picklist entries are now in Alpha order

What is new in Claim Version 4.0c (22 March 2007)
To facilitate changes in device code and stock information a number of
new features have been implemented:
- The Device code and Stock option in the Setup menu have been improved to
allow speedy changes to the data. Two new buttons (Prev and Next) inside
the edit window allow you to move through the records without closing the
window.
- The Device Code and Stock window can be expanded sideways with the Expand
button to see more data
- The client DVA number field can now be used as a Medicare number if needed
- A Copy button in Data entry saves the current client name. Clicking on the pulldown
arrow allows quick return to up to 8 saved client names

What is new in Version 4.0b (14 January 2007)
- a bug reverting to the old OHS prices has been fixed
- The signature of an Authorised person can be scanned into a .bmp
file and the software will automatically insert the signature on
the claim form or leave blank if none found.
Setup procedure
Scan the signature so that the length of the image is 4 times the
height.
Add a blank area if necessary.
Save the file as a bmp file into the same folder as the Fitting
program and name it with the exact name of the authorised person
(as saved in the Picklist menu).
Beware that the file is not called Your Name.bmp.bmp.
Using Windows explorer, go to Tools > Folder Option > View
and make sure that "Hide extensions for known file types"
is not ticked
You can have more than one file, so that there can be one for each
authorised person, if you wish. The software will automatically
insert the appropriate signature on the claim form based on the
name of the authorised person.
- A new Button in Data entry allows you to memorise
a clients name. You can find another client then come back straight
to the one memorised by pressing the Find button
